Nursing program records and study tutors in one place
Hannah is for nursing program faculty and administrators. It keeps the student record — roster, competency sign-offs and signed evaluations — and gives students study tutors built on cited reference material.
Hannah was built with Dr. Ruthie Clearwater, DNP, a nurse educator. It is an education tool: it supports teaching and program records, not patient care.
For faculty and program administrators
- Student roster and records — each student's record in your program's own workspace, kept separate from every other school.
- Competency sign-off — faculty attest a student's competencies, and the sign-off is recorded with who signed and when.
- Signed student evaluations — evaluations are signed and stored with a tamper-evident hash chain, and added to the student's own record.
- Add students — bring students into the program workspace; students see their own view through a student portal.
For students
- Morgan, microbiology tutor — interactive quizzes and reference content — for example Gram staining and antibiotic classes.
- Clara, maternity nursing tutor — interactive quizzes and reference content — for example APGAR scoring and fetal heart rate patterns.
Questions
Is Hannah a clinical tool?
No. Hannah is for nursing education: program records, faculty sign-offs, evaluations and study tutors. It doesn't make patient-care decisions and isn't used for patient charting.
Who built it?
Hannah was built with Dr. Ruthie Clearwater, DNP, a nursing educator and flight nurse who advises SOCIII on nursing education.
Is student data kept separate between schools?
Yes. Each program has its own workspace, and records are scoped to it.
Can evaluations be changed after they're signed?
A signed evaluation is stored with a hash of its content and linked to the previous one, so any later change is detectable.
What does the demo show?
The demo uses a fictional nursing school with sample students, so you can walk through the faculty and student views without real data.
What does it cost?
Hannah is free through 2026, with no subscription or card required.
