Max: accounting and your books

Max is SOCIII's Digital Worker for accounting. He keeps your transactions sorted into your chart of accounts, tracks invoices, bills and loans, matches payments to your bank, and gives you the monthly report. You work with Max on screen or in chat, and anything you can do on screen you can also do by asking.

Max proposes. You approve. Nothing is posted, sent, locked or changed in your books until you tap it. Max shows the numbers and where each one came from. He doesn't give accounting, tax or legal advice: your CPA decides.

Why Max

Most small-business books go wrong in small ways. Money from an investor gets counted as sales. A personal card pays for a company cost and nobody records it. A deposit is counted twice. By month end nobody can say why the numbers don't tie.

Max fixes that:

Who it's for

You areWhat Max does for you
An owner or adminKeeps the books, shows the reports, asks you about anything unclear, and locks months when you say so
A team memberLets you send a receipt and get paid back, and shows where each expense stands
A CPA with a seatReads the ledger and trial balance, and downloads them as CSV

How it works

  1. Connect your bank and set up. Getting started →
  2. Bring in transactions. Sync a bank, or upload statements. Accounts and transactions →
  3. Decide what Max asks about. Deposits, possible duplicates, unusual payments. Daily routine and reports →
  4. Bill and get paid. Invoices and bills →
  5. Read the reports and close the month. Daily routine and reports →
