Campaigns and reports
Reed doesn't have a Campaigns tab. This page says plainly what exists for reaching people, and what reports you get.
How Reed reaches people today
For your raise, outreach is these pieces:
- The nightly call sheet, where you call. Calls and texts →
- The text list, where you text from your own phone with fixed wording.
- AI call batches, where Alex calls landlines for you, after you approve the batch.
- Sources: the Pipeline tab shows where each person came from (a data vendor such as Apollo, your own network, a referral, an AI call, and so on) and how each source converts: contacted, conversations, meetings and wins. Small groups show counts only. Ask "Where did my list come from?" or tell Reed to correct a source.
- The round's rules: ask "What's our offering status?" Reed reads the recorded rules and your counsel's decisions and says what outreach is allowed.
What isn't available yet: Reed doesn't plan a whole campaign with you, and doesn't draft personal messages for you in bulk. Sage has a Campaigns tab for sales outreach.
Reports
- Pipeline tab: the live funnel: Open weighted, By stage, Outreach by channel. Ask "How's my pipeline?" for the same numbers in chat. Pipeline →
- Capital Raised tab: target, committed, received, remaining, instrument and valuation cap. Remaining is target minus received.
- Nightly scoreboard (early access): at the top of the lead caller's call sheet: calls logged yesterday against the daily target, meetings booked, follow-ups due, and the week to date for each caller. Numbers only.
- Weekly report (early access): Fridays at 4 PM Hawaii time, one email to the callers: calls per caller against target, the funnel with the change since last week, the round, grants and accelerators, other outreach (meetings on the calendar, follow-up drafts) and next week's trips. It is switched on separately for a workspace, so it may not be arriving yet.
- AI call results: ask "How did today's calls go?" for planned, dialed, skipped (with reasons), answered, meetings booked and emails captured.
- Programs: "What's the non-dilutive total?"
Reed reports counts and amounts. He doesn't give opinions about people.
