Daily routine
The daily routine turns your ideas into drafts each morning and leaves you a short note. It never posts anything.
Turn it on
- Open Ivy's Daily routine tab and turn Ivy on. It starts off.
- Set your workspace's time zone. Post times everywhere in the Queue use it.
Give Ivy ideas
- Open Queue, then Ideas.
- Add ideas in your own words: real news, tips and offers. Remove one any time.
- Each morning Ivy turns unused ideas into LinkedIn and X drafts, in your words with nothing added, and leaves you a short note.
- She keeps at most 7 drafts waiting per channel.
The drafts wait in the Queue for an owner or admin to approve. See Posting queue.
Needs you and the weekly check-in
When something needs a person, such as a post held for a blocked word or one you must post yourself, it shows as a Needs you item. Ivy's weekly check-in reads the same Queue as the screen.
Set rules
In Queue, then Rules (owner or admin), set blocked words and the most posts per channel per day. See Trust and rules.
Not yet
- Ivy doesn't pull post results (views, clicks, likes), so her notes never quote any.
