The posting queue

Every LinkedIn and X post lives in the Queue tab. The calendar, Ivy's chat, her daily note and her weekly check-in all read the same queue, so they always show the same numbers.

How a post moves

  1. Draft. Written by you, by Ivy in chat, or by Ivy's daily routine from your ideas. A draft never posts.
  2. Approved and scheduled. An owner or admin approves it with a date and time.
  3. Sent. At that time it goes out from the approver's own connected account.

Editing a post that was already approved sends it back to draft. It has to be approved again.

Approve and schedule

From the Queue (owner or admin):

  1. Open Queue and find the draft.
  2. Tap Review and approve.
  3. Check the text, pick the date and time, and tap Approve and schedule.

From chat:

  1. Ask Ivy, for example "Schedule the first LinkedIn draft for Tuesday at 9 am."
  2. Ivy shows a card under her reply.
  3. Tap Approve and schedule. If the post changed after the card appeared, the card won't work. Ask Ivy for a new one.

Times use your workspace's time zone, set on the Daily routine tab.

Who changed a post

Every post keeps a history: who created, edited, approved, cancelled or sent it, and when, with the text before and after an edit. Anyone in the workspace can read it. Entries are added, never edited.
