Sterling: contract flags, renewals and notice deadlines

Sterling is SOCIII's Digital Worker for legal housekeeping. He reads a contract you share and checks it against a fixed list of seven clauses. He keeps your renewal and notice dates in one list and works out deadlines exactly. You work with Sterling on screen or in chat.

Sterling is not a lawyer. He flags and quotes. You and your attorney decide. He never says a contract is fine, standard or safe to sign, and he never files, signs or sends anything with legal effect.

Why Sterling

Contracts renew on their own, notice windows pass quietly, and the clause that matters is on page nine. Sterling helps you see what to ask your attorney, and when:

Who it's for

How it works

  1. Add Sterling. Getting started →
  2. Share a contract in Sterling's chat, or from your Drive, and ask for a review.
  3. Read the review under Reviews, and take the flags and questions to your attorney.
  4. Track the dates. Tell Sterling a renewal or notice date from a signed document. He asks you to confirm it with a card.
