Campaigns and creative
The Campaigns tab holds your campaign plans. The Creative tab holds the images Ivy makes for you. Neither one publishes anything.
Campaigns
- Open Ivy and tap Campaigns. It lists your campaigns. A draft is marked "Draft · not published".
- Ask Ivy in chat to plan a campaign. She shows a card with the name, goal, channels and budget.
- Tap the card to save the plan. Nothing is published, sent or spent.
- Ask Ivy "How is my campaign doing?" She looks up the saved campaign and its real numbers instead of guessing.
The Overview tab shows your top campaigns by performance, and the leading one when any has results.
New posts go to the Queue. If you approve an older post draft on the Campaigns tab, it moves into the Queue as a draft. Nothing posts from the Campaigns tab.
Images
- Ask Ivy for an image, for example "a clean photo-style image of a sold sign for LinkedIn."
- The image appears in chat and in the Creative tab under Images. Tap it to open it full size.
- Only people in your workspace can open it.
Each image uses data credits. Ivy tells you the cost first.
Documents and research
- Ask Ivy to write a document you can download, such as a press release or a content plan. It is saved to your Google Drive if connected.
- Ask Ivy to search the web for public information. She asks you before she reads a specific web page or your own Vault records.
Email campaigns
Ivy can write email sequences and newsletters in chat for you to send yourself. There is no screen yet to build, schedule or send a newsletter from SOCIII.

- Attaching an image to a queued post.
- Building or sending a newsletter or drip sequence from SOCIII.
- Instagram and Facebook.
