How the workspace is organized
There are five things in your workspace. That's the whole map:
1. Personas — the hats you wear (you, and each business you run)
2. Drive — your files
3. Vault — your records (the personal stuff that's *yours*, always)
4. Digital Workers — the team you hire
5. Billing & Account — the plumbing
And across all of them: Alex, your Chief of Staff — the chat that knows your whole workspace.

1. Personas (Workspaces)
You can run multiple personas from one login: your Personal Vault, and a business workspace for each company you operate (e.g. "Title App LLC," "SOCIII, Inc."). The persona switcher in the sidebar flips between them.
- Business workspaces hold that company's workers, contacts, books, and records.
- Your Personal Vault is always personal — your health, stuff, money, and education live there no matter which business hat you're wearing. It never mixes with a company's data.
Think of it like having one keyring for every door you're allowed through — but your house key is always your house key.

2. Drive
Drive is for your files — documents, photos, PDFs, the raw material you upload and share. Drag it in, it's organized, it's yours.
A file is just a file. When something needs to be *proven* — owned, dated, tamper-evident — that's not Drive. That's the Vault.

3. Vault — *your stuff only*
The Vault is the personal record of your life, and it's always yours (never a business persona's). It opens as a dashboard:
- Net worth, live — every asset and account, minus what you owe
- Four pillars at a glance: My Stuff · My Money · My Health · My Education
- Needs attention — anything expiring soon, flagged *before* it lapses (the same "watch the dates" idea that runs through the whole platform)
Then a tab per pillar. Every record is tamper-evident and carries a logbook — its full history — that you can open by clicking it.

4. Digital Workers — the team you hire
A Digital Worker is the world's-best-expert version of a job function — built on the real rules of its field, not just a chatbot's guess. Each worker gives you:
- A canvas — a dashboard of tabs showing the work (maps, tables, status, KPIs)
- A chat — ask it anything, it answers governed by its rules
- A rules engine — it proposes; you approve; nothing happens without your okay
Here's the team that comes with the baseline package (a sample of the catalog of 1,000+):
Money & operations (your back office)
- Accounting worker — your books, statements, reconciliation *(QuickBooks-equivalent)*
- Contacts / CRM worker — your relationships and pipeline *(Salesforce-equivalent)*
