Reports and numbers
Sage doesn't have a reports screen yet. The numbers are on the tabs, and you can ask for them in chat. Both show the same figures.
Where to look
| You want | Where |
|---|---|
| How many contacts, and how many per segment | All and Segments, or ask "How many contacts do I have?" |
| What's new | Recent |
| Your pipeline: deals per stage, raw and weighted value, deals with no value | Deals, or ask "How's my pipeline?" |
| A deal's history | Open the deal, or ask "What's the history on Island Roofing?" |
| How a campaign is doing | Campaigns, or ask "How is my campaign doing?" |
| Who to follow up with | Daily routine |
How to read them
- Weighted pipeline is value times the stage's percentage. The percentages are your estimates, not predictions.
- Deals with no value are counted apart, so the total never guesses.
- Campaign numbers come from what you log: Texted, Replied and STOP. If you don't log it, it isn't counted.
- Sage says "saved" or "sent" only when the result says so.
Not yet
- A saved or emailed weekly report.
- Cost per lead and source reporting for Sage.
