Follow-ups and email drafts
Sage keeps a morning list of who to follow up with, and drafts the message. You review it and send it yourself.
Daily routine
Open Sage → Daily routine. When it's on, Sage checks each morning for:
- possible duplicate contacts (she proposes merges under Needs you)
- who to follow up with: deals gone quiet for 14 days or more, and reminders that are due
- a plain draft message for the top few people on the list
The owner or an admin taps Turn on. Run now makes today's note on demand. Time zone, run time and the monthly limit are shared with the Accounting worker's Daily routine tab. After 14 days with no sign-in, the routine pauses and starts again when you sign back in.
Follow up today
Each person on the list shows why they're there and a draft. For each draft:
- Copy it.
- Open in Gmail to get an unsent draft in your own Gmail.
- Text it yourself to open your Messages app with the text ready.
Sage never sends. Investor contacts, and contacts marked do not contact, never get a draft.
Needs you lists items waiting for a person, such as a proposed merge. Tap Mark done when you've handled one.
Add a reminder
Ask Sage: "Remind me to follow up with Kai next Tuesday." She shows a card. After you tap it, the reminder is a task on your Task Board, linked to Kai. You can also tap Remind me on a deal.
Email from chat
With Gmail connected, ask Sage to email someone:
- Give the person, the subject and what to say, or ask Sage to draft it.
- She shows a card with the full email and two buttons: Approve and Don't send.
- Tap Approve. The email goes from your own address.
Sage can also search your inbox for a thread (if you allowed inbox reading) and add an event to your calendar after a card. Getting started →
