People
The People tab lists everyone on your team: humans, advisors and Digital Workers. Plain text tabs across the top show a count for each.
What's on the tab
- People: your team members, with their role and one status dot. The dot shows the most urgent credential: red if one has expired, amber if one expires within 30 days, green when all is fine.
- Advisors: advisors on this workspace.
- Digital workers: the Digital Workers on your team.
Open a person
Tap a name. You see their email, phone, type, workspace access, status and the date they were added. Below that is Credentials & certifications: each credential with its date, who issued it and the days left. Credentials that expire within 30 days, or have expired, show the number of days.
Tap a Digital Worker to see what it does, then tap Open to go to it.
Add a person on screen
- Tap + Add person.
- Enter Full name and Email. A role or title is optional.
- Choose a Type: Employee, Contractor or Advisor.
- Tap Add person.
Add, change or remove a person by asking
Ask Jordan:
- "Add Mele Kapule, mele@example.com, dispatcher, W-2, starting Nov 3." You can give a role, type (W-2 or 1099), schedule and start date.
- "Change Mele's role to Lead Dispatcher."
- "Remove Mele."
Each one is an approval card. Nothing changes until you tap it. If two people match a name, Jordan asks which. A removed person is archived, never deleted, and their history stays.
Ask Jordan
- "Who's on my team?" Jordan lists everyone, including people you just added by asking.
- "What credentials does Mele have?"
- "Whose license expires soon?"
Good to know
- A person added by asking Jordan doesn't appear on the People tab yet. Jordan still lists them in chat and uses them for time off. Add a person on screen if you want them on the tab.
- Editing and removing a person is done by asking Jordan, not on screen.
- Credentials come from your credential records. Jordan shows them; he doesn't decide whether they satisfy a rule.
