Onboarding
The Onboarding tab lists the people you're bringing on and the step each one has reached.
What's on the tab
Under In progress, one row per person:
- Staff in training and anyone with a credential still in progress, with the credential named.
- Advisors who have been invited and haven't finished, with their current step and whether their identity check is done.
If no one is being onboarded, the tab says "No onboardings in flight."
Ask Jordan
- "Who's onboarding?"
- "Where is Mele in onboarding?"
Jordan reads the same list. He tells you what's pending; he doesn't mark a step done for the person.
Not yet
- Building an onboarding checklist for a new hire.
- Sending a welcome message on a schedule.
- Adding a new hire to the Onboarding tab by asking (use + Add person on the People tab, and ask Jordan for next steps).
