Nvidia Just Validated What We Built RAAS Around

Nvidia published research this month showing that the "harness" — the software wrapper around an AI model that manages memory, tools, and feedback — is a bigger driver of agent reliability than the underlying model. In their tests, adding a custom harness with a supervisor component took Claude Opus 5 from a 30% score to a full 100% on ARC-AGI-3, a benchmark designed to test how well an AI can reason through unfamiliar tasks without instructions. Without the harness, that same model — the best-performing raw model in the test — only got three tasks in ten right.
The detail that stands out most: the harness didn't just organize the model's tools. It added a supervising layer that watches the main agent work, and steps in when the agent drifts off course, hits a dead end, or starts repeating a path it's already tried. Nvidia's own VP of Product for the AI unit, Adel El Hallak, described it almost like a CEO — nudging the agent when it goes off direction or starts down a path that leads nowhere.
Why This Isn't News to Us
This is the architecture SOCIII has been building since before "harness" was the term the industry reached for.
Our rules engine, RAAS, exists precisely to be that governance layer — not bolted on after the fact, but built into how every Digital Worker operates. It's the layer that keeps a worker on task, enforces the boundaries it should operate within, and knows when to flag a problem rather than push forward into unreliable territory. In our nursing vertical, for example, that includes a distress-disclosure protocol that has to clear before any student-facing worker is allowed to ship — not because a regulator told us to add it, but because we believe the model doing the talking isn't the part that should be trusted to police itself.
Nvidia's research gives this idea a name and a benchmark. It doesn't change what we've built. It confirms the instinct behind it.
Model Quality Isn't the Whole Story
There's a broader implication here for anyone evaluating AI platforms, including ours: the model powering a product is one input among several, not the whole product. A platform's real value increasingly lives in the layer that governs the model — the part that decides what the model is allowed to do, catches it when it goes sideways, and leaves a record of what happened and why.
That's the layer regulators, universities, and enterprise buyers actually need to be able to trust. It's also the layer that's hardest to fake, because it shows up in outcomes, not in a demo.
We didn't build RAAS to win a benchmark. We built it because governed, auditable AI is the only version of this technology that regulated industries — nursing education, real estate, aviation — can actually rely on. It's good to see the rest of the industry arriving at the same conclusion.
